Barb Flanagan lives in St. Charles, IL with her husband and two sons.  She is an avid boater and cyclist and just recently competed in her first triathlon. As an Intentional Creation Coach, Barb focuses on individuals who are not afraid to grow and who want to live a life of intention and purpose. Prior to becoming a coach with the Og Mandino organization, Barb spent the majority of her career in human resources training and developing employees, managers and executives. She has always had a keen interest in assisting individuals to reach their full potential. 
Using the power in the Intentional Creation Assessment to accurately measure individual thought processes, Barb is able to get the real issues quickly. Barb earned her Bachelor's of Science in Business Management with a minor in Psychology from Southern Illinois University and her MBA from Lake Forest Graduate School.
